We nominate players for the Middlesex JDC (Junior Development Centre). In 2016-17, 12 players from HWHC U13-U17 were selected to represent Middlesex and join JAC (Junior Academy Centre).

HWHC trains and selects the hockey teams (boys and girls) for the Westminster London Youth Games. All club members that are eligible for the team are invited to take part in specialised training and a squad of 10 boys and 10 girls is selected each year. Players must live or go to school in the borough of Westminster to be eligible. In 2016, our girls team made it through to the finals of the competition and in 2017, both our girls and boys teams competed in the finals.
At what age do you start senior hockey?
Players are able to play senior level hockey from age 14. At this age we encourage junior players to start integrating into the senior club before becoming full time senior members at 16.
